Valki 365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Registering an account using false information.
• If the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For security reasons or due to legal obligations.

To close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before the closure is processed. Claiming a balance after account closure may be difficult.
